A real update about family and every ting.

So before our glorious month started, my sister and I took our kids to the aquarium.  They enjoyed some of it.  They weren't found of looking at fish swim around.  They enjoyed the manta-ray area and Hannah would have loved it more if I would have let her climb in with them. 

The kids are loving the warmer weather.  Hannah can be found out side jumping in the puddles, trying to splash her brother, while Elijah try's to avoid his sister and stay dry.

Elijah loves trucks, if know one has noticed yet and well any things else with wheels.  Well one night Elijah was just bugging me for a cake.   And it needed to be a truck cake.  Can I tell you how grateful I am that it is pretty easy to please my kiddos.  After telling him that I just didn't feel good and would do it later, I finally decided to make one, just because it would be less tiring then arguing with a 4 year old.  But wen I told him yes I quickly replied " I am not putting frosting on."  Elijah was totally cool with it.  YES...

So Elijah got to help make his first cake.  He also help cut out the truck.  Pretty good for a first timer, and some instructions from mom.

 Daddy, Elijah, Hannah, and a good friends daughter.  They all ad fun in the wagon they got for Christmas from their grandparents.  Last week end we had some good friends visit from Cedar.  After a month of, well our last month, it was great to get out of the house and visit with friends.  It was great. 

One of the kids;s favorite this to do.  Ride the carousel.  Adam and I take turns because we get to dizzy.  Adam stands it better then I do.  Meinears disease ( can't spell it right, you would think I could after 6 years.) doesn't help with these things.  I just can't get the kids to agree that it isn't wise for me to get on.  But because I love them I do. 

Ok, so have to share once again.  After not shopping for a while it felt great to get out and get some much needed things.  Smiths was my very best friend this week.  Their sales were great and I had coupons for every thing I needed.  All of this should have cost about $130.00.  Nope I could never pay that much for groceries unless I had to.  Nope I paid a whopping $60.00.  O ya I got a coupon high today.  If you can't see what I have here is a list:

• 2 corn checks cereals
• 2 capri suns
• 2 rice crispes cereals
• 14 power aides (for Adam)
• 2 milk
• 2 V8's
• 18 things of pasta
• 2 shampoo and 2 Conditioner
• 5 dozen eggs
• 5 wheat thins
• 2 lbs of apples
• 4lbs of tomatos
• 6 things of alfrado sauce
• 1 bag of grapes
• 2 heads of lettuce
• 1 turkey bacon
• butter 
• neosporin
• 3 band aid's
• 2 nutra grain bars

So each number represents the number of boxes.  Because know if Adam were to read this he would say I got ripped off to only get only like 3 band aids.  He likes to give me a bad time and get quit literal.  So now that Elijah has started be this way I blame him.  

It has been a wonderful week and half.  With Dr.'s or hospitals or sickness.  What a relief.  Here is two it continuing.

We had getting everyone's names tonight.  Elijah just laugh that Hannah was a cheeseball.  Later he said tat those weren't names and that his name was Elijah.  He gets funny about what we can call him.  Little turd, I mean Elijah.

I finally did IT!!!

I finally broke down and did it.  I went and got Hannah a hair cut.  She has been needing it for a while, but just couldn't bring myself to do it since it took for ever for her to finally get any hair in the first place.  The picture doesn't do it justice but it turned out really cute to get it even.  Her curls popped out more and just plain pretty. 

And of course she has her usual grim-is when some one looks at her.  She was in a hurry to get to the slide they had at the front of the place.  So she wasn't interested in having a picture taken.
