President Harold B. Lee taught: "Testimony isn't something that you have today and keep always. Testimony is either going to grow and grow to the brightness of certainty, or it is going to diminish to nothingness, depending upon what we do about it. I say, the testimony that we recapture day by day is the thing that saves us from the pitfalls of the adversary,"
I truly need to remember this each day so that I can survive each day. Easier said then done, true. I do have a testimony, and I know that is why no matter how irritating life gets that I can get past each hurdle. Though each hurdle can be longer or shorter then the next.
I can I tell you I love what comes from the mouths of kids. The other day I was having a rough day. Still not feeling great my self I had two sick kids and the house was bugging me. I was sitting on the couch and was crying and Adam sat next to me hugging me. Wait I got to back up just a little. Earlier that day Elijah was having a hard time breathing so I had put him in the bath with some Euctilipius. After wards he was feeling so much better. So while Adam was hugging me Elijah came up and asked what was wrong. Adam told him I wasn't feeling well. Elijah then said I needed to take a bath then I would feel better. He can be so sweet some times. Sure do love him.

Need Advise!
I should start by saying that I should be banished from blogging this late at night becasue that is when my frustration comes out, but can't control my self and need to do some mental releases here. I could do it in a journal but then no one could give me feed back.
I am really struggling with our ward up here. I haven't really fit in from day one but today I hit the dropping point. Over this last weekend I was in the hospital. I had gotten the flu and it attack my digestive system in stead of my respiratory system. It shut every thing down so nothing was working the way it should have. The doctors called it a anomaly. Well I was there for 2 days and my parents had the kids. And this is while my mom is trying to get her comps done for her PHD. Not cool right. Well Sunday comes, I am still in the Hospital and the relief society has been told what is going on and this was her reply in announcing to the ward ladies. " O by the way Sister Haley is having bad cramps and is in the hospital." Nothing more like lets pray for her nope nothing. Mom wasn't happy. So after church the compassionate service lady comes up and asks when I will be home mom tells her I m already on my way home. The lady then says so she is better and doesn't need help. She then walks away. Can I tell you not feeling in caring going on. I have family who I see maybe one or twice a year who asked if they could help.
So tonight I went to enrichment and we were talking about coupons and stuff. As most of you know I am not perfect in this area but I do know quit a bit. I gave my input put, but every time I did, their was no response or their was some s naughty come back.
I am telling you their is some thing about me that this ward just doesn't like, and it is making me dislike church right now. I know that it shouldn't have an impact on what I believe but when you don't feel wanted some place it makes doing the right thing very hard.
So I need advise and encouragement, because I need help getting through this before I mentally freak out. It seems that since we moved nothing has gone right. Adam I both feel it was still the right thing to do, why we don't know yet, but it we still feel that way. But I have struggled a lot since moving and often want to cry because I miss the people down their and hate the life up here. Ya strong words for me. And crying is definitely not me so right their should tell you how I am not doing.
Sorry I feel like that is all I have been doing latley is complain, for that I am sorry.
How about this give me some scripture that has help you at a time that you have struggled.
Thanks for your understanding if you made it through this post.

Funny Story
So if you don't want to hear or read anything about some one in the bathroom STOP READING right know. This post contains some bathroom hummer.
So I am sitting in the bathroom with Elijah walk's in and says "Mom, what are you doing."
"Going potty."
"Why you making funny faces."
"Because."
"becasue, why."
"Because I haven't been able to go for a couple days so it hurts a little."
"So why the funny faces, Mom."
So many question for a little boy, I needed him out of the bathroom, and the way this conversation was going he wasn't going to leave any time soon, so I had to think fast, and this was my relpy.
"Mommy is making funny faces so that maybe I will laugh and then I will forget it hurts to go potty right now. "
"Can I try."
"Sure."
So he sits down on Hannah's potty and starts making funny faces. I couldn't take it anymore and I busted up laughing. That is when he jumps up and says "It worked mom."
And runs off.
What an experience. He has hit the stage where he asks why about every thing.

Following the Example of Christ
I am so saddened by this worlds views on life. How people criticize each other because of religious views, political views, and some peoples life styles.
In 1 Peter 2:21 in says " Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps." Pres. Hinckley follwed that scripture by saying " We must not, we cannot sink to the evils of the world-to selfishness and sin, to hate and envy and backbiting, to the "mean and beggarly" elements of life. You and I must walk on a higher plane. It may not be easy, but we can do it. Our great example is the Son of God whom we wish to follow."
What great words from a propet of God. I will admit it right here and now that I do not participate in one counsel that comes form the leaders of the Church. I do not get involved in politices. It always and I say always brings out the worst in people. People get so head strong over their views that it brings that backbitting in to peoples lives. I know their are people who probably don't let it consume their lives, but others do. Coming from me, I always know that when it comes to politics that my heart hurts each time things are brought about what they will do or don't do that we don't really see the person that is inside. which is why I can't bring me self into choosing between people, weather tey are right or wrong. I know Adam gets discouraged when around me and he wants to talk about those things. So he is so loving that he waits and talks with them with my mom. Who he and her share political views. That is not my place it is Christ our Judge. So does this mean that I am braking a commandment. Though I know that I am far from spiritually being ready, I some times wish that our True Lord and King where here to relieve us from the evils of this world.
Their I go rambling again. I am going to scare people off from ready the blog, even though it is usual updates about the kids.. As you can tell didn't really have a great day. Sorry. I will throw in some thing fun. Taxes are done and in less then 2 weeks I will have my new camera in my hand. Can't wait to start going out and getting some great pictures of nature and her beauty. And of course the kids.

Rambling
Know look at these cuties. Some times I feel so over whelmed of being Mom that I want to cry and say no more. But then they go and do some thing cute and funny. Both of them love to give hugs and kisses. Elijah is such a sweetie when comes to him getting things. When ever we give him some thing he straight away starts saying thank you, thank you. Hannah she just gives you that adorable smile that breaks me most of the time. Its these things that make feel that I could have more kids. As Adam and I have discussed trying again I some times get a little emotional as all that has to be done in order for that to happen. Some or most of you know that for me to get pregnant I have to take fertility drugs. The cost, the time, the emotional roller coaster of wondering if it worked, how long, will I have to do it again next month, how many times can I take the drugs before they won't work any more, and the big one will I miss carry. That one being a big one that is hard to get past. I do, but it is still hard. I do count my self as blessed at the wonderful kids I have now but I have to keep remembering this as we try all these things. Adam is so awesome as he is patient with me. In my ups and downs. So why am I posting this. Just to get it off my mind. And so people will stop asking me when we are going to have another one. It seems like when your youngest gets close to being 2 people assume it is time to start again. Those who read this isn't any of the people who keep asking, that is why I am comfortable to write some thing hear. Lame I know. I have a friend who's family struggles with having more kids and it is a blessing to see how strong they are despite what they go through. She is a great mom.
Any way enough with the rambling. Hope every one has a great day.

Feb 2, 2011
A couple weeks ago my sister Ruth came over and we made this cake. Looks pretty good for a quick put together. Just a note to self and others. Don't add to much peppermint extract to frosting it will end up tasting like tooth paste. Will try making it again in a while and I am sure it will turn out a bit better.
Had to add this picture of the kids brushing their teeth. They are starting to get so much better at getting things brushed before we have to help them more.
So I had to take a picture of Hannah getting stuck in between the kids easel. She is always getting her self stuck in something. Weather between the couches the bed on the counter. You name it she will find a way. Not sure if you noticed but lately the girl doesn't like to wear clothes. She can undress her self now so keeping them on is almost pointless. I will have to work on that after the potty training. Yep, she has made it almost two weeks in her big girl bed and doing great. So this weekend starts the potty training. Wish me luck. When training Elijah I took 3 days and just focused on him. So when Adam gets home Saturday morning we start. I hoping she gets it quick enough because of the signs she has shown. She will let me know when she poops in needs to be changed and she likes to go in a sit on the potty. I actually went it their the other day and there she was with her baby doll sitting on her little potty, wiping it's bum. I should have gotten a picture but just wasn't quick enough.
Well we had parent teacher conference yesterday and Elijah has made some great progress in moving to the afternoon class and going 4 days a week. He getting so much better in is speech. And he is learning to count to ten. He has got the numbers, but not always in order. He also likes to say me instead of I, so we are working on that. He is getting so he will help more with chores, and most of all he is loving being a big brother. He loves to help Hannah, and getting things for her. I know I complain a bit some times about how hard it can be especially at church, but they really are good kids.
